Returns
Due to the nature of the material we supply we do not generally give a refund for change of mind, this is up to our discretion. If we decide to give you a refund you will have to return products in unopened original condition. You will have to pay for shipping and $50 restock Fee.

We take no responsibility for wrong color delivered after it has been applied so please check color is correct before application. If your package is damaged or wrong color on arrival, please let us know immediately with pictures and a description to info@u-coat.com.au and we will replace your order. You will need to send back your original order and we will cover shipping.

Our two part Urethane clear sealer is strong and durable. It has much better performance than the traditional solvent style sealers.

UV stable so can be used indoors or outdoors!

It will give you a nice gloss finish.

  • 2.6L of sealer (enough to cover 30-40sqms depending on the surface)

Is it easy to apply?

Yes!! If you can paint a wall you can U-Coat-It! Plus you have our support if needed every step of the way!
How much area does 1 kit cover?

No! You are relying on the coat underneath. If you do this, you are giving your project a risk of delamination. Either remove with paint/sealer stripper or diamond grind (you can contact us for further information on this).
Can I apply this product over the existing paint or sealer?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
My floor has heavy oil stains, is it suitable?

If you can successfully remove the oil then yes! But like any coating, the U-Coat-Kit WON'T stick to oil. Your concrete must be porous for our product to last.

Grinding is best for preparation if your concrete seems smooth/tightly steel troweled or limited porosity.

What surfaces can I use the U-Coat Flake Kit on?

Our kits are perfect for transforming a variety of concrete surfaces, including garages, patios, driveways, sheds, and even warehouses.
How much area does one kit cover?

Coverage can vary depending on the texture and porosity of your concrete. Generally, one kit will cover approximately 35-40 square metres. Textured or very soft concrete may absorb more product, reducing the coverage area.
Is the finished floor slippery when it gets wet?

The included flakes provide a textured surface that offers good grip, so it isn't very slippery. However, if you are coating an incline or want extra peace of mind, we highly recommend using our slip-reducing additive.
Is this product difficult to apply for a beginner?

Not at all! If you can paint a wall, you can use the U-Coat-It kit. Our kits come with easy, step-by-step instructions. Plus, we offer full telephone or email support directly from the owner to help you every step of the way.
What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not typically offer refunds for a change of mind. If a refund is approved at our discretion, products must be returned in their unopened, original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a $50 restocking fee.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or is the wrong colour?

Please check your order upon arrival and before application. If it is damaged or you have received the wrong colour, contact us immediately at info@u-coat.com.au with photos and a description. We will arrange to have the incorrect order returned at our expense and send you a replacement.
