In particular, the Company shall not be liable for: (a) defects or damage caused in whole or in part by misuse, abuse, neglect, error, electrical or other overload, improper installation, repair, alteration or accident; Our Warranty only covers cost of materials supplied to you. No warranty on scratches. Although our product is sealed with a 2 part urethane which is one of the best sealers on the market it can still scratch if heavy items are dragged across it. PLEASE spend the time doing preparation and testing of your concrete to ensure a long lasting floor! * we take no responsibility if you don’t have enough material to complete your project. As concrete is so variable in hardness and porosity coverage can vary. Different rollers and application methods can also impact coverage. We recommend using our rollers for best results!
