returned in their unopened, original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and a $50 restocking fee.

We take no responsibility for wrong color delivered after it has been applied so please check color is correct before application.

If your package is damaged or the wrong color on arrival, please let us know immediately with pictures and a description to info@u-coat.com.au and we will replace your order. You will need to send back your original un-used order and we will cover shipping and replace your order.

What surfaces can I use the U-Coat Flake Kit on?

Our kits are perfect for transforming a variety of concrete surfaces, including garages, patios, driveways, sheds, and even warehouses.
How much area does one kit cover?

Coverage can vary depending on the texture and porosity of your concrete. Generally, one kit will cover approximately 35-40 square metres. Textured or very soft concrete may absorb more product, reducing the coverage area.
Is the finished floor slippery when it gets wet?

The included flakes provide a textured surface that offers grip when wet. However, if you are coating an incline or want extra peace of mind, we highly recommend using our slip-reducing additive.
Is this product difficult to apply for a beginner?

Not at all! If you can paint a wall, you can use the U-Coat-It kit. Our kits come with easy, step-by-step instructions. Plus, we offer full telephone or email support directly from the owner to help you every step of the way.
What is your return policy?

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or is the wrong colour?

Please check your order upon arrival and before application. If it is damaged or you have received the wrong colour, contact us immediately at info@u-coat.com.au with photos and a description. We will arrange to have the incorrect order returned at our expense and send you a replacement.
